Indian Wells R2 previews and predictions Part 3

Facundo Bagnis v Alexander Zverev at the BNP Paribas Open

Facundo Bagnis has shown good performance on hard courts. Shall he maintain his form, he’ll be able to pick up points and win seven games. His opponent, Alexander Zverev, may also be of help. This will be the German’s first match after the break and Alexander will have to find his form not to end on a painful note. The in-form German also can lose points on his serve and this is exactly what we need to win on the +5.5 positive handicap market.
Betting pick: +5.5 positive handicap on the German.

Juan Martin Del Potro v Federico Delbonis at the BNP Paribas Open

This must be a very exciting match to watch: two compatriots who have recently claimed the Davis Cup will face each other for the first time on professional tour. Delbonis hasn’t impressed us with his defeat of Andrey Kuznetsov and Del Potro also doesn’t match the feat. Federico’s main tool is the left hand, while Del Potro isn’t dangerous on his backhand wing. Juan Martin will start as the favorite but Delbonis should hold the 4.5 handicap.
Betting pick: +4.5 handicap on Delbonis.

Steve Johnson v Kevin Anderson at the Indian Wells Masters

Kevin Anderson is short on practice. His shots are powerful and the serve is working out, backhand is also rather reliable but the outs are awful. As for Johnson, he’s been playing very active tennis. He can use it now to close out the match.
Betting pick: we won’t make guesses. Better not to bet.

Marcel Granollers v Malek Jaziri at the Indian Wells

Malek Jaziri has won the match against Nicolas Mahut who obviously didn’t feel well in desert. Malek is generally in good form but that’s the best we can say. Marcel Granollers also hasn’t shown anything special so far. In the upcoming affair we back the Spaniard who is more stubborn, possesses good net tactics and service play. Jaziri is more powerful but it won’t be enough to outhit Granollers. And the last point. The weight Jaziri may find it extremely hard to play in the sun.
Betting pick: Granollers in 2.

Nick Kyrgios v Horacio Zeballos at the Indian Wells Masters

The medium fast courts will favor Zeballos who has previously outplayed Marius Copil due to the greater consistency. For the Aussie it will be a challenge to perform against such an opponent who is good on return and is a decent baseliner. The bookmakers have set a close handicap. We tend to believe in Horacio’s determination and consistency.
Betting pick: Positive handicap market on Horacio Zeballos.

Gilles Muller v Jiri Vesely at the Indian Wells Open

We dislike Muller’s performance. His baseline placement is one of the worst in top 100. It’s also unclear how he will survive the heat in desert. As for Jiri Vesely, we don’t like his tennis either. He serves well and displays good movements but doesn’t pick up the points hitting the ball over the net. Muller can use these balls to his advantage. Gilles is more dangerous on the serve and is likely to win the affair. However, the weather conditions may benefit Vesely. The second option is less likely to happen.

Rafael Nadal v Guido Pella at the Indian Wells Masters

The two lefties will step on court this time. However, these are the players of absolutely different competition levels. The -6.0 handicap on Rafa shows the gap. We see no value in the match and wouldn’t bet on it.

Lucas Pouille v Jan-Lennard Struff at the Indian Wells Open

Lucas Pouille has found his play. The local courts are very comfortable for him. There’s a slight risk that he’ll fail the start of the match. As for the rest, he’ll have to prevail. Struff is very powerful but experiences difficulties with court placement. Jiraldo is short on shots velocity to outhit Struff and Pouille should cope with it.
Betting pick: the bookies offer -3.5 handicap and Total number of games over 22. The handicap is risky, while the Total over is valuable and be bet on.

I know my money is being invested wisely.

These guys ATP picks have been right on and I’ve just been winning since following him. They do not offer free safe picks but this would never sway my decision to follow a particular service. As I'm sure than any job should be paid for. The most important thing is that I know my money is being invested wisely.
