Tennis tips and betting predictions at Ernest Gulbis v Adrian Mannarino match at the Indian Wells Masters 2015
Adrian Mannarino can be really satisfied with the game he has shown in the first rounds in Indian Wells. There is a powerful serve in his arsenal, as well as good return. His game is looking sharp these days. Although his shots may lack in power, he usually sends balls very close to the baseline. Mannarino himself plays quite close to the baseline, which means he meets the ball very early and returns it fast. Such playing technique adds extra speed to the game and brings lots of troubles for players like Gulbis, who prefers slower tennis.
Ernest Gulbis saved his previous match mainly thanks to his serve. He produced 18 aces in two sets, which is basically quite cool. We should also take into account that courts in Indian Wells are slow, the ball bounces high, and Ernest, unlike his opponent, felt good on such surface. Gimeno-Traver is a typical clay player and he doesn't look that sharp on hard courts. It gave him no advantage over Gulbis and he could only count on Ernest's errors. Anyhow, the match against Mannarino will have a different scenario. We expect Mannarino to prevail. The Frenchman has a better serve and his fast tennis will be a problem for Gulbis.
To conclude, we predict Mannarino's victory. The only thing, that can help Gulbis, will be his first sevre, which should be at least at 65-70%. He hasn't served that good for a long time already, hence Mannarino is our favorite.

Such evaluation of Gasquet from the bookmakers is understandable. The Frenchman lost his two previous encounters in a row to Monaco and Nadal, which is a sign of a bad form from Richard.
