Tennis tips and betting predictions. Juan Monaco v Feliciano Lopez in the ATP Houston semifinal clash
Juan Monaco looks very decent on Houston courts. He has already outplayed two very tough opponents en his route to the semifinals: Benoit Paire and Sam Querrey. Perhaps the both were far from their best but Monaco moved well and, which is very important against Lopez, showed solid passing shots.
Oddly enough, but Feliciano Lopez also looks very profitable. Why he has failed the Miami is a question mark. And it isn’t clear how long the Spaniard is planning to stay in the US as his first match in Monte-Carlo is scheduled for the next Tuesday which is quite away from here. In the upcoming match Lopez will mainly rely on his service play which will hardly be enough against the Argentine. Moreover, Feliciano finds it hard to play decent baseliners like his upcoming opponent.
Betting pick: Juan Monaco will be through to the final match.
