Tennis tips and betting predictions. Novak Djokovic vs Richard Gasquet in the 2015 Wimbledon semi-final round
Richard Gasquet has earned his place in the semifinal round of the Wimbledon Championship! That’s a big surprise. Before the Wimbledon has started, there was a long list of probable semifinalists who was able to make it to the final four. But unfortunately the tennis level shown at the Wimbledon turned out to be lower than it had been expected and a number of favorites failed: Raonic, Nishikori (retired with injury), Cilic, Troicki, Nadal, Berdych. Only a few players have outdone themselves and the Frenchman used it to his advantage. Richard is at his best form now but, of course, shall he be seeded in one quarter with Djokovic, Murray or Federer, we won’t see him in the semifinal match.
Novak Djokovic reminds us of the Italian football team. He applies no extra efforts to win the match, only as many as he needs to succeed. Maybe the Serb was looking forward to play Stan in the semifinal encounter, but the Swiss was defeated. As for the upcoming match, Novak is definitely much stronger than his French rival. Richard has won only one set in the ATP finals since 2010. Moreover, Gasquet gets exhausted in no time. And while Wawrinka allowed him to win easy point by making constant mistakes, Djokovic will be focused and fight to the end. So all in all, Dotennis team bets that Richard will show solid tennis only during 1-2 sets (and 1 is more probable).
Summing it all up, Dotennis team predicts that Novak Djokovic will make it to the final round.

Such evaluation of Gasquet from the bookmakers is understandable. The Frenchman lost his two previous encounters in a row to Monaco and Nadal, which is a sign of a bad form from Richard.
